2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
To change the flavor of the pancake to give it butter flavor you may substitute for butter flavoring to give a butter taste to it.

Butter Cream Frosting
2 lb bag powdered sugar
2 cups shortening
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon butter flavoring (if you don't have add another teaspoon vanilla)
1/2 cup water (add slowly to gain desired consistency)
